Return Policy

At acpbazaar.com we want to leave you with a “wow” feeling each and every time you shop with us.  Your total satisfaction is absolutely vital to us. We take all care to ensure that our products are adequately described in terms of content, quality, colour, size and features.

 We also try and ensure that our pictorial representation of our products is true to its colour and design with no photographic enhancements from our side. Colour representation, sizes, specifications and warranty/ guarantee of our product may vary from actual depending upon the lighting conditions at the time of photography, type of camera used, variations of digital photography settings, monitor quality, warranty/ guarantee as may be provided by the manufacturer. Therefore customers must recognise that the actual colours may have minor variance from their representation on our website. This is normal and cannot be avoided. We take due care in ensuring that correct product is despatched as per its product code. Under no circumstances the guarantee/warranty of the product will exceed the terms mentioned on the actual product.

 We do recognise that in online shopping, there may be situations that you are not fully delighted with the product when you actually receive it in hand. In such situations our hassle-free 15-day Return Policy will help you obtain 100% refund of the value of purchase. We hope and expect that you never have to use the Return Policy but should you have to use it the following guidelines shall prevail.

What you should do

- Await further advice from our Customer Service for reshipment.
- Preserve all packing material, labels, tags, outer packaging box etc.
- Re-ship the product back to us only through the recommended Courier Service. We urge you to use the recommended Courier Service so as to ensure that we properly receive the product back to us which is a precondition for the refund / exchange. The shipping cost is borne by us.

What we will do     
- We will reship the replacement product (if in stock) within 24hrs of receiving the defective product back to us.
- If the product is not in stock, you may like to choose another available product from our website, and products can be returned within 4 working days after the product is delivered  back to us.
- If you do not wish to have replacement product we will fully refund you the value of original purchase including all taxes and original shipping cost paid by you.
- All customer Returns are thoroughly investigated by our Quality Team for the reasons of returns arising from product quality, problems during shipment etc.

What you should do

- Await confirmation from our Customer Service for reshipment.
- Preserve all packing material, labels, tags, outer packaging box etc.
- Re-ship the product back to us only through the recommended Courier Service. We urge you to use the recommended Courier Service so as to ensure that we properly receive the product back to us which is a precondition for the refund / exchange. The shipping cost is borne by you.

What we will do     
We will request you to choose another product, of equivalent value or more, from our vast selection on our website.
- We will ask you remit the price difference and shipping cost of the replacement product to us.
- Upon receipt of the price difference and shipping costs, we will re-ship the replacement product to you within 24 hrs of receipt of the original product in good condition with all tags and labels intact. Please note we cannot exchange if original product is found to have been used, damaged, and altered with labels and tags removed.

All credits arising from customer returns are made on the same credit cards that are used for making payments.
